Default Verizon Wireless seems to have disabled download booster?

Seems maybe VZW has struck back on the Samsung Galaxy S5 and disabled a feature (Download Booster) and maybe a couple of others like using the finger print scanner to pay with pay pal. Every time manufacturer comes up with technology which phone users can really use, these service providers decide to disable that feature and come up with their own version so they can charge a monthly fee and squeeze more money out of their already overcharged customers. They are calling these features dangerous but I only see it as dangerous to the service providers pocket book. DAMN

Verizon and Sprint variants of the Samsung Galaxy S5 won't have the Download Booster feature either
