Hangouts MMS - "Can't Find Photo"

Just picked up a T-Mobile S5 and am having an issue with Hangouts MMS that I've never seen before and was wondering if anyone was seeing the same thing or had an idea on how to fix it.

Using Hangouts as my default SMS and when I'm in the app, I use the camera icon to take a picture and once I hit "save" after taking it, when I'm brought back to Hangouts it reads "Can't Find Photo"

Any ideas? Thanks!

Also when I bring a picture in from the gallery, I can send it, but it's all stretched out. Hmmmmm....

Picked up the s5 a couple days ago and I'm having the same exact issue! Very annoying!

Yeah, it's killing me. Not a big fan of the default app either.

Hopefully we can track it down.

Does anyone have a fix for the "can't find photo" error message when you attempt to "take photo" through hangouts.
I am using S5 through sprint
Please advise
