I seem to recall that many of the major carriers disabled this feature in the U.S. Something about excessive data useage issues.

If you don't have T-Mobile your carrier has probably deleted it before you got your hands on it. Hopefully Sprint specifically will update soon.

These guys are right, unless you have T-Mobile everyone else disabled it.
