Tethering Galaxy s5 and Samsung Note 10.1 2014 Edition

So I've got these new toys (latest and greatest), but I have yet to be able to tether them with the OTG cable or bluetooth successfully. At least that is Netflix says "No Wifi Connection". I loaded the PdaNet for tablets on the Note and the regular PdaNet on the phone. I must admit I did not try any other apps. Is it a Netflix problem?

No need for any extra hardware. Just setup your phone as a mobile hotspot and login to that connection on the tablet.

FoxFi just updated and now creates a VPN hotspot. It appears to work.
