New S5 Galaxy Display issue

Greetings,

I picked up my S5 today and when I first turned it on thought the display was pretty ordinary but figured it was just a poor wallpaper choice.

After finally setting it up and downloading my apps I received a Text Pic from my daughter and it was really strange, think like an infrared pic.

After playing with it a bit more I realised it wasn't just the pic but many of the images on the phone are this strange look.

Cant find any settings that were wrong and am worried I got me another Samsung Lemon (after S3 and the chip and S4 and the screen crack)

Anyone else have this issue with the S5 or is it something I said??

try settings/device/accessibility/vision/negative colours see if it is ticked

Also look at settings/display/screen mode and try adapt display
