    Default out of nowhere google play services and google search eating 26% of my battery

    battery today is at 20% when its usually at 50%, shows these 2 eating my battery, i did a reboot it didnt fix it, what else can i try?

    The reboot may have fixed it, but the battery stats will still report Google Play Services as a drain because that is what has been using the battery since the last full charge.
    Once you charge up your phone, it'll display normal usage for those services.

    Well, first you could try disabling the Auto-Update on the Google Play store? Also, it may depend on the quality of your data connection- the worse off the connection the more the phone needs to try!

    In this instance, I would disable the Auto-Check and update, and disable Google Search entirely. Just pay attention to your call signal, and data signal- is it lower/poorer than usual?
