Screen capture issue

Hello everyone, i?ve been having issues with my samsung galaxy s5 and also my previous note 3. After i take a screenshot and send it through (bbm, line, whatsapp..etc) the person who received the screenshot gets a blurry picture that cant be read. When i see it in my phone is pretty decent to read. Anyone having the same problem?? Thanks in advance
