    Default Unable to Update Software

    Any ideas why I'm getting this message whenever I try to update? Thanks.

    Most likely you lost the data connection to the wireless network, or the WiFi is not available.

    As per the message the problem seems to be a weak internet connection. You can update your phone through your nearest service center. They will update your phone without any surcharges. Or if you are trying to update, you will require a high speed internet connection for updation.
