carrier Internet data issues

So I always leave my 4g lte on. The problem is Sometimes I can't access internet after a period of time so I need to setting. Network to unchecked the data then check it back .. like turn off data then turn on again .. for its network to work. Any reason why? I'm using t mobiel

Possible network problems? Try seeing if toggling airplane mode on and off helps also. I have that problem too, but I'm on Cricket.
