This isn't about my Samsung galaxy 5, but I have been searching for this all over and none of the google forums are any help, so I figured I would give it a shot. I recently bought Frozen in standard definition (SD) on the google play store, and I have watched it several times. I decided I wanted it in HD so I could watch it on my TV, however, I can't find an option to upgrade. Its not even an option to buy the HD version for full price, since when I open the page in the google play store, the only option is play. I have submitted a refund request and stated that I want to purchase the HD version. Do any of you know of a way to upgrade the movie?

Re: Upgrading Movies
So i cant answer your question, except to say that i do not believe an upgrade of definition is possible. I have seen some other requests for this functionality.
I am having a frustrating issue now i have upgraded from an S4 to an S5 the google play movies app crashes if i try to watch a movie i have downloaded from the app. Streaming works fine, but this is no good on a flight. Does this work for you ok?
