College email sends email but isn't receiving?

I synched my college email to my phone, and it seems to be sending emails just fine but isn't getting them. It has old, old emails. Can anyone give me advice so I can get my new emails? It's an outlook account.

Try searching for help on your school website. If your school name was university of earth, try something like "university of earth iphone outlook."
