Galaaxy S5: Smart switch error

When I try to move my itune backup from my PC to my Galaxy s5, i get a message indicating there was an error and ask if I want to send to vendor. I have backed up my ipod and Smart switch PC will recognize the backup. Any suggestion on another process and is the Play Music an OK app.

I can't solve this either, but using a different PC works for me every time!
