Restricted Number has no ringtone when it calls

Ok so I've had a couple people call me restricted. .weird thing is my phone won't ring and I think it won't even vibrate at any time during this. The ID pops up and I can answer but unless I see it I wouldn't even know someone called.

Is there a setting for this?
I don't have blocking mode on either when this is occurring.

Settings - Call - Call rejection - Auto reject mode.........Anything there you may have done?

It shows UNKNOWN NUMBERS but it is not checked off. Only the number I blocked is checked and auto reject works great with it.
