Default S5 Says storage space is running out.

How do I fix this? I could move my photos to the SD card, but I can't figure out how. Please help. Thanks

You can either 1) remove your SD card and see if your photos disappeared or 2) go into the settings of the phone and see where they are being stored. Personally, I use the Verizon cloud. 25GB of free storage and I use the Google cloud.

To move your pictures to SD card, go to "My Files" in the applications folder. Go to "device storage". Open "pictures" Using the settings bar, choose the pictures you want to move. Go back to the settings bar and choose "move". Then select "SD card". Piece of cake. 😆

I can't do that. I can get as far as choosing the pictures, but I have no option to move them.

Woot!! You just saved me so much frustration! I got a 32g sd card but still running out of room until now. Thanks for the tip!

Email also takes up space. My wife had a zillion emails in her trash folder. Emptying that folder saved a lot of space too.
