Long press keys for symbols on stock S5 keyboard

My question is exactly the inverse of this one.

Take a loot at the two keyboards below. The right one has little symbols on each button. Long pressing a button will access those symbols. So, you can insert a question mark when long pressing the M button. Is there any way to enable this feature on the S5? Preferably without installing a new keyboard. I'm not looking for letters like the ë, é, ê, etc under the E button, but real symbols like !, ?, -, etc.
