I just received my new GS5 and have issues with the GS5 disconnecting after a few minutes of streaming Pandora over bluetooth to my Samsung home theater. The bluetooth will go in and out a couple of times, then disconnect completely. I am able to play music over bluetooth from my old GS3 with no problem, both running Android 4.4.2. I've also tried clearing the cache and data on bluetooth, unpairing, and restarting the phone, but no luck.
If anyone else has had this problem I'd be interested to know. I guess I will be trying to get a replacement device from Verizon.
