sync I tunes Mac 10.9 to Galaxy S5 Active

I tried Android App on Apple but it tels me it will not work turn off and turn back on. Is there anything else I can use or do ?

What Android App are you referring to? If you mean Android File Transfer, it can be a little hit or miss at times in my experience. I am using it with my Mac on Mavericks without issue connecting to the S5. However, when I had a HTC One M8 it gave me connection issues. The solution then was to restart the Mac while the phone was connected by usb, it would then recognize the phone and work as it should. As an alternative you can download Samsung Kies directly through Samsung for syncing. Although if you do install Kies, it has been my experience that Android File Transfer will not work afterwards, Kies must be uninstalled before Android File Transfer will work. Morale of that story is pick which one you want to use and stick with it.
