t-mobile monthly bill question

any body here with t-mobile have monthly bill fluctuate. my bill fro 4 devices suppose to be $211.69.i switch to t-mobile may 2014 finance 2 s5 and a mobile hot spot. well till this day my bill have been in the $230+ each month mind you my wife works for the usps so we get the corparate discount which is 15% off so when we do the math that should put us in the $180.00 a month so it seem instead of taking off 15% they are adding i've call numerous time each time is something diff oh and the first 3 bills they said didn't include equipment monthly charges are you kidding me.

Are you counting taxes and also the device payments? The monthly payments for the devices do take about 2-3 months to kick in.

I've been with T-Mobile since January and my bill hasn't changed.

that's what they told me yesterday.so if $49.00 which for device wasn't added then the bill should of been less. but now they told me that after i make my august payment my new monthly will be $201.00 taxes included lets see
