What should i put or move over to new SD card

Going to pick up a my 32gb Micro SD card today, its a Kingston. What should i put on it? Ive got alot of songs on my S5 right now, so im thinking making a "music" folder and moving them off the phone, and onto the sd card. What about apps, etc? Not sure whats best to do, Thanks.

I use a streaming service for my music (Deezer) and sync my favourite albums and playlists locally on my micro SD card. It's also a 32GB (SanDisk I think)

Apps can't install on the memory card on kitkat afaik...

Thanks, i transfered all my music to it, and all the apps it would let me, wouldn't let me do some of the ones i downloaded, others it would...
