Alright so that new update is out and I can not update my phone because I rooted it (then did nothing with it) so, how can I unroot it, preferably without losing anything, and update the phone?
    Also, I have a mac

Did you delete any of the bloatware apps ? They sadly need to be on the phone . You should only freeze the apps if you ever plan on taking over the air updates do your phone.

I was having this issue too. What I did to force the update was to plug my phone into my computer and use the Verizon Software Upgrade Assistant. It worked like a charm.

So, is there someone who can provide the list of apps (that I have to reinstall) - a complete list so I can reinstall them, unroot and install the update. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
