WiFi occasionally "forgets" stored passwords

Anyone else experiencing this?

I have recently been experiencing this. can't pur my finger on anything in particular, but the only change I can think of that I did recently that might have some effect are the purchase and synchronization of a Samsung Gear 2 watch. I think this started happening soon after that purchase along with the few apps I installed to support it. Not sure if there is any connection. Had my S5 since April of last year and this just recently happening a day or two before Christmas.
