    Default is there any reason

    Why in some open connections you cannot connect to open wireless networks ? That's not bug it's reason why ?

    I think it would be on the networks side. Oftentimes the router needs to be reset. That should allow you to connect.

    While it says open, some require a Web-based login. It could also be that the wireless has reached its maximum connected clients.
