Touch key lights won't come back on.

Yeah I'm not really sure what I did but the two touch key buttons won't light up anymore. I clicked the setting to make the duration longer but nothing. Even when I select always on, they won't turn on. It's like they just gave up on life.

Have you rebooted the device?

Also, have you installed anything recently that may have attributed to the non-working lights?

Yeah I rebooted the phone and it still didn't work. I honestly can't remember if I've installed anything that would turn them off. I've went through all my apps and I can't find anything.

I believe power saving mode turns them off. Check to see if you have power saving on.
