Hello. Have you tried shutting off the phone so that it closes everything and starts fresh? I see based on your bar at the top that you have stuff running in the background. This could be what is causing your phone to use a lot of resources.

You appear to be running Android on a recent Samsung device, probably an S5 or an S4 with some tweaks. It also looks like you have the device plugged in, but I've been fooled before.

To answer your question more directly, yes, that does look suspiciously like Android OS.

Remember now, if you don't use your phone much or use a certain thing, a certain app or function could take a huge percentage of your battery

I've seen this happen on Samsung phones when using a SD card. Try removing it and see if it goes away.

I´ve had this problem twice in the last weeks. Android OS >70% after one days use.
Will go away after restart but comes back for some reason...

I used to have a similar issue. I found a great app suggested by Android Central. It's called ShutApp in the Play Store. I installed it and found 84 background programs running. I ran the app and it shut down all of them. My battery drain was significantly reduced. You can White List apps like Facebook and Twitter so they are not shut down by the app. I run ShutApp several times a day to keep the background apps at bay. Finally, I have not run into ANY issues. If I start I Heart Radio in the car, close it, it keeps running so I run ShutApp to close the background portion of the app. It works great, I highly recommend it!
