Crashing S Health

I got my Samsung Galaxy S5 yesterday. It's the international LTE duo sim version and since I've had it S Health crashed as soon as I open it. The phone is not rooted or any such thing as I've seen with other people having a similar problem. I'm asking if anyone can help me fix the issue. :-X

Re: Crashing S Health

Two things you may want to try:

1) Go into Settings > Applications, search for S Health and try clearing data / cache.

2) Go into the Samsung Hub and see if there's any updates for S Health available.

See if either one of those helps.

Re: Crashing S Health

I've already tried the the first option with no success. And I can't seem to find where the s health updates are.

Re: Crashing S Health

I was having the same issue and what I did to fix it was went into my settings for s health, clear the data and then went in to the galaxy apps store (not the Google one) search s health and updated it. Hopefully this helps
