Small gap on top of the device

I just noticed that there is a gap between the screen and the frame of the phone, on the to by the ear piece that runs across the whole width of the phone but only on top, not sides or bottom.
Do any of you fellow S5 owners noticed that? And does that affect the WR rating? Thanks

All Samsung phones have a very slight gap.
