S5 microphone crapped out

Like the title says, 6 month old S5 microphone stopped working. Callers could only hear me on speaker only. After factory rest didn't help, tmobile overnighted a new one. They said there was no know issues logged. Hope this one holds up...

Nice to hear T-Mobile jumped on the issue. I always thought the wireless store wouldn't give a replacement beyond about 2 weeks--was this through insurance? If not, it's nice to hear that they didn't force you to go through Samsung for warranty replacement.

Not through insurance, I guess tmobile handles the samsung warranty. It was their box, their tech support.
