Why isn't my S5 Bluetooth connecting automatically?

S5 Bluetooth no longer connects automatically

Have the S5 on Verizon.

Within past few days, the S5 no longer automatically connects in my car (RX350) or to my deskphone (AT&T TL86109).

It will only connect if initiated by the phone itself. Anyone know what's going on and have suggestion on how to fix?

Have you tried 'forgetting' the device and re-pairing it?
