Previous iMessage users now on the S5 may be able to fix their problems

I just caught this on my news scanning tonight.

It seems that Apple has acknowledged the problem with folks who got rid of their iPhones and switched to Android before getting their phone number released from the Apple messaging system.

I looked for the previous threads on this subject, but didn't find them right away... I figured a new title would be more beneficial anyway.

Yep I remember when they confirmed this issue. The resolution is usually just calling Apple to have them remove it.
