Portable charger not working on galaxy s5
I bought a portable battery charger for my Galaxy s5. It worked the first time I used it but after I charged it and used it again my phone would start charging but then once the screen goes off, the portable charger will turn off and not charge the phone even if I turn the screen back on. But when I hook it up and I stay on my phone the charger will stay on and charge until I lock my screen again. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?
I tried using my original phone cord to hook up to the charger but that doesn't work either.I thought it was the charger so I took it back and got a new one of the one I had before and it still didn't work. I even tried the charger on my husband's phone which is a G2 and it worked for his even when the screen is off. Not sure why it's doing that so any ideas?
