Why can't I download music from 3rd party apps on my Galaxy S5?

I just upgraded my phone from S3 to S5. On the S3 I used Music Maniac to download music. Since upgrading to the S5, the music won't download. I've also tried Simple Downloader app.

I had been able to download music from Google Music.

Any idea why I can't download from the apps? I checked my settings and I've selected allow downloads from 3rd party apps and I've deselected download over WiFi only.

is your mp3 music download app by metal slark or ccp softmedia (went on google play - many with your title but not your same logo) if you can share developer name will help- my new s5 doing same thing - you can type in "prince" or "one direction" and only get 8 lookups and none are correct - s4 all the music paradise/Music Maniac app's worked?

I am have the same problem on my S4 no matter which free MP3 app I use none of them will find songs? Did they shut down music sharing? however it works on paid apps like Spottily, Or is there a setting I need to check? Please help.

I am having the same problem with any music app finding music. I have an S3. Has anyone found a fix for this?

I am having the same issue on my s3. All of the apps used to work, then they just quit finding music. I have downloaded several different music apps but none of them work any more. Please help!
