Whenever a system update is pending I lose connectivity. I cannot receive calls, voicemails, or text messages. I noticed this initially a couple months back.
It happened again this holiday weekend but I didn't realize it until Monday morning. People were trying to contact me, including work, and no one could reach me.
Monday morning I come into the office and find out people were trying to contact me so I turn the phone off and on... installing system update. After the update a flood of voicemail and text messages comes in. All the missed ones from the past four days.
Unless there is something I am doing wrong I am going to have to switch to phones. I am on Sprint, through work, but I have not heard of other people experiencing the same issue.
