Pretty sure Google Voice killed my Galaxy S5 stock message app

I have a sprint contract and I've never had this type of problem before on other carriers with other smart phones. I downloaded Google Voice to my S5 and my phone number was integrated with it. People that I texted kept saying that my texts were coming in as my GV number. I didn't like that so I uninstalled GV and removed my number from that account. The stock S5 message app was just bad after that. No one was getting my texts and I wasn't getting theirs. I've reset my phone about 5 times now and I've tried some other things I've googled. Nothing has helped me to get the stock message app to work. Other apps that can take over texts like messaging plus and contacts+ don't work also. I can only use apps like voxer.

I've noticed 2 different error codes that popup when resetting the phone. One was v08 and the other v30. Each one said "Voice message will be delivered when data service becomes available."

Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!
