smart switch issues - please help

I have just upgraded from an iPhone to an s5. I have the smart switch app and on pC and I am trying to get my iTunes moved over. I start the pc program and I get issues straight away. Although the s5 is on map mode it comes up with this:

'The currently selected connection mode is not supported by Samsung smart switch. Change connection mode to media device(mtp) before connecting'

I've tried many different things. I just want my music.
