New Lollipop features, such as, the "guest mode", "screen pinning" and the flashlight toggle in the "quick settings" on the notification bar seem to be absent from the Lollipop update. I'm hoping these are an oversight on my part, but it looks like they were left out. There may be more, but this is all I've run across so far. Anyone else?

It's missing even in the unlocked version of the S5.

Might be implemented in a future update.

This update took a lot out of what was available on previous versions. I use airplane mode a lot on the subway and on the lockscreen on 4.4.4 there was a button that turned it off by simply tapping it. Now, I have to unlock the phone and go in to turn it off. Also, the battery meter isn't working properly, only showing usage at 1% no matter how long the phone was on. Blocking mode was redone also and not in a good way

Alot of new features were not included. I imagine there will be an update after the S6. Otherwise, what would ppl have to look for in the new phone. I agree that blocking mode was horribly redone. I still don't quite "get" it.

I did notice that download booster was added where vzw didn't initially turn the feature on.

Samsung removed them in order to differentiate from the s6
