Why doesn't my Bluetooth pair with my radio ( running Lollipop)?

My Bluetooth wont see my radio - Lollipop

I just updated my new replacement phone to Lollipop on my Samsung Galaxy s5... now i am not able to connect to my JVC car radio via Bluetooth. When I try my phone doesnt even see my radio. My old Galaxy S5 used to play just fine on the radio with the Lollipop update... It does see and pair to other devices,like my Tone Pro headset. Help.

delete all old profiles/connections, reboot everything, try to pair again.
