Help!LTE network dont work in G800F :/ Galaxy S5 Mini

Hi i buy new Galaxy s5 mini unlocked LTE G800F!

But i put my LTE sim card tha i get from Telcel 4G LTE and my phone only show 3G and H+ Network why?

If i put the same sim card in my Blackberry 10 show 4GLTE but in galaxy s5 mini not...

need to change the root for get LTE network or what? Please help me..

I only use windows 8..

Try going into settings, then more networks - from there select mobil e networks. Now select network mode & click on LTE.

Well dont see LTE only 4G see my images i take screenshot











I put and still show H+ HSPA!! but if i put my TELCEL LTE Sim card in my blackberry q10 show 4GLTE and work LTE network but in my galaxy s5 mini G800F dont work :/ :c

I set my G900P to LTE/CDMA but LTE only comes up if the Signal is there & strong - otherwise it reverts to 3G. This might be your case. your phone might not have the correct band either _ just a guess...

And how i can fix you know? :/ the sim is lte with others phones the sim work in lte network but in this phone not :/

OK, first off where are you using your g900f? If it does not have the correct LTE radio bands for your area you won't be able to use it
That's what its sounding like - your phone just can't access the 4g band you're trying to connect too.

Well i use in Tijuana/Mexico but with other phone its work The LTE band and with this phone not i think the problem is the phone :/ only work with this phone 3G and H+ i dont know why... this phone is LTE is G800F

In my area are LTE is Telcel 4G LTE..

the problem is your phone may not be able to connect to that certain band of telcel 4G LTE while the other phone can. that is to say the other phone has the correct radios for that LTE band while the S5 does not have the correct radios and cannot pick up that LTE band.

I think you won't be able to change this unless you get a phone that can connect to that band.
if I were you I'd call my phone company to make absolutely certain that this is correct.

I don't believe that would help in this case
A custom ROM can't change the hardware in your S5 mini.

It looks like you'd have to sell your S5 mini & purchase one that works on your carriers LTE network.
That's why I'd give them a call, they should be able to tell you if your phone works on their LTE network & if not then what are your other options. I understand you want to use this S5 mini but I don't think its going to work on that LTE specific band

The g800f lte works on b1, b3, b5, b7, b8 and b20 bands. Telcel 4g lte works on b4, so the s4 mini g800f its not compatible

The G800F model is the worldwide version whilst the G900M is for South America and is designed for their networks. See...Samsung Galaxy S5 mini - Full phone specifications

As stated by irak rodriguez1, the G900F is not compatible with the Telcel LTE network.
