Temperature source on status bar

Where does the status bar on the left hand side, get the temperature? This morning, it took almost an hour for the temperature to update. I have the Weather Channel, NBC weather, and the weather & clock that was shipped with the Samsung

It really depends on the app that it's set up to do it. It could be the Weather Channel or the Accuweather app that usually ships with Samsung devices. There you should also be able to configure the refresh interval.

That was it. The weather channel does have a setting for updates that was not checked X They now they match up perfectly. Thank you very much.
