Samsung Galaxy S5 Default "Email" App Problems

The phone in question is a Samsung Galaxy S5, SM-G900A, factory unlocked, Straight Talk as the service provider. Unless I am connected to WiFi, I am unable to create an "Email" account and I can't send emails through Mobile Data. After being given the runaround, I am officially saying that there IS a problem with the default "Email" app and NOT my service provider. I downloaded Yahoo Mail app directly to my phone and, guess what, I can send and receive emails just fine through my Mobile Data where I can' do it at all when I try to set up my Yahoo Mail account through the default "Email" app. Can anybody tell me why this is happening and if there is a solution to the problem?

Re: Samsung Galaxy S5 Default "Email" App Problems

Welcome to Android Central! When you try to set up an email account on the stock Email app while on mobile data, do you get an error message?

Have you checked to make sure your APN settings are correct?
