How do I get my S5 wifi to turn on?

My S5 WiFi switch will not turn on.

All of a sudden the on/off WiFi switch will not turn on. I have rebooted, selected all the recommended steps.

My WiFi is working, in fact I am on my Chromebook using the same WiFi now.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the switch greyed out? Or does it turn on, then automatically turn off without you touching it?

mine does the same since the update but its stays grey then turns back off iv factory reset it checked all settings nothing has worked

Hello, my wifi switch is greyed out, I am assuming other people are having the same problem and you've figured out what to do.

clarification: At first it isn't greyed out, and soon as I press it, it becomes grey and switches to the "on" side, however it isnt on, then goes back to the off side.
