Why isn't my S5 touch screen responding and the charger is not being recognized?

S5 Touch Screen not responding and charger not recognized...

I did the factory reset / memory wipe... still doesn't work. It was working perfectly before I went to bed. No drops since I bought it... not a single problem up until now, and kit came out of nowhere. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do besides returning it? :/

Welcome to Android Central! That sounds more like a hardware issue than a software one. It should still be under warranty, so contact Samsung.
