what dose the charger look like I can't figure how to use it

I just got my mom the s5 and she's having trouble figuring out how to plug the charger into the phone , I need tio know what it looks like

Check the user manual. It will have pictures and instructions.

One of the pieces is longer than the other, so she can match it up with the holes in the bottom of the phone. Or, if the phone is screen-side up, the "SAMSUNG" on the plug should be face up.

The ends will look like this. The little end goes into the S5. The big end goes into your computer or wall plug.
