Galaxy 5 Exchange Email Sync Turns Off When I Refresh - Not Related to Master Sync Issue
I have an SLS Galaxy 5. I am current on system updates. I am using the Email app for my exchange server email. Whenever I hit refresh, and often when I simply open the app, I get a message at the bottom of the screen that says 'Email sync turned off.' I have go to through the process of 'Manage Accounts, select account, Sync Settings, and check the 'Sync Email' box every time. Then it syncs, I read my email, exit the app, and I start the process over again the next time I open the app. I am going bonkers. It is not a Master Sync issue as far as I can tell. Please help!
