Verizon S5 on Lollipop BOC4

Can't get home screen default to accept. Tried a dozen or more times but every time we go into an app and hit home, it wipes the default.

Even dl'd Nova, but that hasn't helped.

Suggestions?
(wife's phone, and I'm not home to help for a few days... So can't fact reset yet)

Sorry, can you clarify--are you trying to select an alternate launcher as your default launcher?

Trying to select Touchwiz as default launcher. Downloaded Nova after this started happening everytime she goes from app to home.

It's happening with and without Nova being installed. (I use Nova on my phone and thought maybe this would help)

It's asking you to select a default even without any other alternative launcher installed? What's the other choice it's giving you, the Easy Mode launcher?

Yes.

Even through selecting it in settings its clearing the default.
