after update from samsung, the s planner completley wiped out all my schedule

Hi Guys

How do I get back the info I lost on my s planner. After the Samsung s5 did the automatic updates. it wiped out all my schedule from the s planner.

So how do I get it back. Is there a way to go into the hard drive of the phone and retrieve all the lost info?
