My Local Profile erases every day since update, any ideas?

Hello all,
S5 has worked for many months and recently they did a flash and I loaded everything back again, contacts etc, also I updated to Lollipop.
One day I noticed that My Local Profile on the texts was not showing, I filled out the info, although it is also in my contact list and next day again blank. I am not sure if it has to do with sync or not. Any ideas?

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Same thing happened to me. I had to link my Google+ profile to keep a picture there.
