Big problem i really need help :(

Okay i have a S5 and i went into settings and dont a factory reset, it went through it all came up saying samsung then it comes up saying three (thats my network) and then it stays on that and dosent move from there so i tryed a hard reset and it still did the same thing, please someone help i cant get on my phone

Try to wipe partition first then factory reset again using recovery mode.

Done that and it still does the same thing, a quick note my phone was rooted and i did unroot it just before doing this
