So. I had this habit with my old iPhone that I would go through and wipe my phone clean (but keeping certain things backed up) just so I could have a clean slate.
I reset my s5 with the same mindset, kept a few things for the restore and then wiped everything else. all the other data is good and dandy, but it's naturally wiped my contacts because I clearly only had them saved to the device. when I go to re-add the contacts and sync the names with facebook, i get
"A contact with this name already exists."
but gathering that my phone is displaying 0 contacts and there's nothing on the vcard/vfile, i find it hard to believe.
so now i have no idea how to re-add/sync my contacts and i'm extremely, extremely flustered.
can anyone help me fix this before i toss this phone out the window?
