Call Issues

I have a S5 on TMOBILE. Lately every time I try to make a call it hangs up before the first ring. Then today I was on a call over Bluetooth in my car and it cut out (other person could hear me, I couldn't hear then them) but was not in a dead zone. I've done a sift reset and completely wiped the phone as well. No change. Any ideas?

How is the cell signal when the phone is unable to connect a call? Remember that there can be fairly isolated pockets of very poor or no signal. Contact T-Mobile and discuss the issue with them.

Does the call only drop when you're on Bluetooth? Or does it actually drop out when you have the phone up against your ear? I'm wondering if it's more of a Bluetooth connection issue, where the phone audio is periodically dropping out so that you can't hear it over whatever Bluetooth device you're using, but the other person can hear you because the phone's mic reactivates and can transmit your voice.

Calls drop out when I'm not in Bluetooth as well

At this point, I'd talk to T-Mobile and see if a replacement SIM is worth trying.
