I am from pakistan, my phone model is simple sm g900 but its not receiving os update.

My phone is not from any carrier ( e.g. AT &T). I bought used phone from some one.

Do you have a problem with providing the information requested in my previous post which would help me to help you.

That screenshot tells me nothing apart from your modem/baseband appears to be for the T-Mobile (USA) model, G900T.

Strange!

Your phone is showing Canadian firmware, G900W8, with a T-Mobile (USA) modem, G900T!

I now need you to enter Download Mode and tell me what your, "Knox Warranty Void", shows. Use the video below, for details and instructions on how to boot into Download Mode and check your Knox Warranty. This is perfectly safe and simple to do and should explain your update problem.

According to the above, you have the carrier branded minority variant for T-Mobile (USA), SM-G900T.

This phone has been rooted 3 times according to the Knox flag and has had Canadian firmware flashed to it.

This explains why you cannot receive an update as per #1.10 of 40 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

I check #1.10 but I did not understand completely.

I tried to update via Kies but my mobile is not connecting with it even i turn on USB debugging.

#1.10 of 40 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide explains that if your phone is rooted, running a custom ROM or has had its CSC code altered, it will not receive stock Samsung firmware updates via Kies or OTA.

You could flash a custom Android 5.1.1 ROM designed for the T-Mobile, G900T. Quite how this would work on your local network, I cannot say, although I guess that 2G and 3G should be OK but 4G/LTE is a different matter. Flashing ROMs is for competent users.
